On Data Entry Form, find settings and click settings head
First, How to change your object or control

We have 4 different objects: TextBox, ComboBox or drop down list, Date Picker and Time Picker.
Textbox – In here, you can input any text or characters you want such as letters, numbers, date, time, symbols, and many more as long as it is under “General” in data validation.
ComboBox or Dropdown – users can limit their input text such as referencing data from different table sources.
Date picker – A long dated format control such as 23 January 1993. It limits users to ‘Date’ entry only and to avoid frequent input mistakes.
Time picker – Just like the Date Picker, but in a time format. It also limits users to ‘Time’ entry only and to avoid frequent input mistakes.

Data validation – Restrict the user to only use Whole or Decimal numbers. You can likewise leave the settings by its default – “General”.

Row Source column – If a user chooses ComboBox control, he or she must double click the said header name, under the Row Source column to obtain the table source.

Choose the range of headers through the range selector and click ok.

Another thing is, ‘How to add or insert additional columns or fields?’
To add the field, just go to File and click Add Field.

Input your new field or column name. This will automatically insert a column on your working table and data entry form.

Lastly, if you wish to delete the existing field. Select the whole row from the left edge and hit the delete key. Take note that you may delete the column in your working table manually.
After all the changes, you must save your settings. Click file, save and restart the Data Entry Form.
